The participating courses have graciously donated the green fees to support our fight against cancer

• The bearer of the Pass is entitled to round(s) of golf at each course listed. Restrictions to days, dates, or times the Pass can be used are listed for each individual course.
• The Pass is valid January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008, exept as noted in the Pass.
• Most clubs require reservations 24 to 72 hours in advance, as noted. You must specify that you will be using the American Cancer Society Golf Pass when you make your reservations. Some dates or tee-times may not be available. The Club Manager has the last word.
• Carts are required in most cases, but not included in the greens fee. Cart fees listed are subject to change.
• Dress codes are enforced. No collarless shirts, tank tops, bathing suits, jeans , gym shorts or short shorts are allowed. Some courses require plastic spikes. If you have questions, please check with each course's management when making your reservations. Thank you.
• There is a chance that a course may change ownership during the calendar year, and new management may not honor the previous management's contract with us.
• To order additional Golf Passes you may complete an online order form or for further information, call 1-800-ACS-2345. Additional cards may be purchased by check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
